On Christmas of 2021, I was given a beautiful handmade notebook by a friend. I wanted to give it a special purpose. I have always relied heavily on pencil sketches for my art, and I wanted to try a looser, more confident process. I started experimenting with inking right away, and I'm having a lot of fun with it. Not everything turns out, but here are some of the drawings that I like for one reason or another.
